Edward joined Metropolitan Workshop in 2006 having previously worked with Neil Deely and David Prichard at MJP Architects. Prior to that he worked at Koetter Kim & Associates for a number of years principally on projects at Canary Wharf. Currently Edward is leading several residential projects at various stages of development. Previously he lead the development of a major new exhibition and conference centre and an adjacent 300 room waterfront hotel in Bergen, Norway.
Edward has also led mixed use residential projects in Adamstown and Belmayne, both in Dublin, Ireland. He was also the associate in charge of the refurbishment of former workshops to office space in Farringdon and the listed former railway offices at Great Central House, Marylebone Station in London, which was shortlisted for a British Council for Offices Award.
At MJP, Edward was project architect for Phase 2 of the Redevelopment of Broadcasting House for the BBC, Jowett Walk, a post-graduate residential scheme for Balliol College in Oxford and other university projects. At Metropolitan Workshop Edward is also responsible for practice finances and resource management.
