Metropolitan Workshop was architect for one of the key mixed-use residential phases in the new Adamstown Distict Centre outside Dublin, in addition to our role as urban designers.
The design includes 12 five-storey residential blocks above one of three retail stores at the eastern end of Adamstown District Centre. The cube-like blocks are composed as both individual pavilions and interconnected clusters, and provide a variety of apartment sizes and aspects.
Between the cubes a series of inter-connecting landscaped areas provide linked private spaces for residents with a variety of views.
