Ashleigh Cooper, Architect, BSc (Hons) DipArch ARB

Ashleigh joined Metropolitan Workshop in 2014 after gaining her part III at London Metropolitan University. Ashleigh is currently working on Fresh Wharf for Countryside Properties. This is a section 73 application for 911 homes at Fresh Wharf Quay in Barking. The application makes a series of amendments to an existing outline planning application designed by others and granted permission in 2011. Our scheme creates a more financially viable proposition for the client through improvements in the overall height, scale, massing and public realm without affecting the overriding development principles already established.

Previously Ashleigh worked on housing for registered providers in Isleworth and Colliers Wood including 155 mixed tenure new homes for A2Dominion Housing Group, student housing in Whitechapel and a number of private houses.
