She is currently working on a 550-home scheme in Maidenhead, a joint Venture for Countryside Properties and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The site will provide 600 homes alongside new and enhanced infrastructure. A detailed planning application will be submitted in February 2019.
Ashleigh completed a section 73 application for 911 homes on the Fresh Wharf development site in Barking for Countryside Properties and then went on to lead the Fresh Wharf Phase 1 Reserved Matter Application for 531 homes which was granted planning consent in early 2018.
Ashleigh was also project architect on Phase 2 of the Blackwall Reach Masterplan for Swan Housing’s redevelopment of Robin Hood Gardens in Poplar. The scheme will provide 268 new homes in four buildings located around a new central park, with 50% provision of affordable homes. Planning was granted in 2016.
