Part 1 Architectural Assistant

London Joined in 2019 BA (Hons) Architecture, Newcastle University

Cameron is working on a council-led project for 192 new homes on a greenfield site in East Sussex. The scheme’s key goals are to preserve existing green routes through and around the site and provide high quality homes with 20% of homes to be built using Modern Methods of Construction.

He has also been working on a joint venture research project in collaboration with affordable housing developer Pocket Living and the London School of Economics. The research looks at the housing aspirations of young London professionals and the factors that influence their housing choices.
Cameron has previous experience working at multi-disciplinary practice Foggo Associates, specialising in large scale commercial office and mixed-use projects in the City of London.

Cameron developed a keen interest in community architecture and a passion for model-making part of a rigorous design process, stemming from his university studies. His dissertation researched Custom Build and he interviewed and drew on the knowledge of major housing architect HTA. The project explored the potential of Custom Build to provide UK home-buyers a wider choice of product compared to the traditional market offerings.
