David is a technically experienced architect with a strong ability in design analysis. He has broad experience through all working stages and specialises predominantly within the technical delivery of built forms. David’s main role for Metropolitan Workshop has seen him involved in producing bespoke details to suit historic or modern environments, specification writing and tender / working drawing packages for Addiscombe Grove for Pocket Living and Blackwall Reach for Nu Living.
Most notably David has been part of the design team for Mapleton Crescent, a 27- storey, steel-framed, modular tower in Wandsworth for affordable housing developer Pocket Living. Prior to joining Metropolitan Workshop, David worked for a number of small practices including Proun Architects, Aquila Consultancy Services and Color Urban Design Landscape Architects. His previous experience involved has working on a wide variety of projects, ranging from student housing and office buildings to amusement arcades and salt barns.
