Jack has been the Project Architect for a number of complex residential and cultural schemes involving designing in highly sensitive contexts, and undertaking considerable community and stakeholder consultation.

These include Deptford Creekside, a mixed use proposal in Lewisham providing 1200 sqm of creative workspace and 65 new homes within the Creekside Conservation Area; an options assessment for the reuse of the Grade II* listed Swindon Mechanics’ Institute; and Gondar Gardens, the redevelopment of a former reservoir site in West Hampstead to provide 60 homes of varying size with on-site residents’ parking and a communal garden for Linden Homes and Wates. He was also a member of the design team for Somerleyton Road in Brixton, which will provide over 300 new homes as well as a new theatre, chef school, children’s centre, and the refurbishment of Carlton Mansions.

Prior to joining Metropolitan Workshop, Jack was a Project Architect at Peter Inskip + Peter Jenkins Architects, specialising in sensitive renovations of historic and culturally important buildings and landscapes, including schemes for Green Templeton College Oxford, and an exhibition space in the gardens of the Grade I listed Strawberry Hill House, Twickenham.
