Jonathan was project architect for Mapleton Crescent, a recently completed and award-winning 27- storey, 89-home, steel-framed volumetric tower in Wandsworth for developer Pocket Living. Jonathan is also responsible for Addiscombe Grove now on site in Croydon. This slender part 21 and part 9 storey tower uses a similar volumetric system to Mapleton Crescent and will provide 153 affordable homes for the same client.
Jonathan is also leading the project to replace Robin Hood Gardens in Poplar, Tower Hamlets for Swan Housing. This will include 268 homes in four buildings, landscape and basement car park in collaboration with Haworth Tompkins Architects and has started on site.
Jonathan is responsible for office Quality and Environmental Management Systems and runs Technical Reviews of projects. He has excellent project management and analytical skills, takes a keen interest in historic architecture and is a member of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. He has extensive design and delivery experience within the residential and education sectors on large and small scale projects. Previous employers include MJP Architects, Patel Taylor and BDP Architects.
