Kristine has worked on numerous residential projects varying in scale, complexity and tenure. She has been part of the Somerleyton Road project in Brixton for clients Igloo and LB Lambeth, which will provide over 300 new homes and a new theatre, chef school and children’s centre. She has worked on the All Saints Rectory, a private residential project in Poplar within the All Saints Church Conservation Area for the Diocese of London. Kristine also worked on a masterplanning study in partnership with Maccreanor Lavington Architects to renew the Westbury Estate for LB Lambeth, helping the borough deliver a third of its target of 1,000 new affordable homes.
Previous experience includes working on a private residential tower in Canary Wharf whilst at Herzog & de Meuron. Before this, Kristine spent several years at Farrells on projects ranging from 8,000 home masterplans to smaller scale affordable housing schemes.
