Luke is currently leading on the Barchester Street for Canary Wharf Properties, Saint-Cloud Way for Countryside Properties (UK) and Abbotts Lane projects for Complex Development Projects.
Prior to Barchester Street, Luke was project architect on New Islington for P. Clarke & Sons, a 104 apartment and 13 house scheme providing a variety of typologies and tenures on a site adjacent the Rochdale Canal in the Ancoats area of Manchester.
Previously, he has been involved in a number of different projects at Metropolitan Workshop ranging from masterplans such as Dun Laoghaire Harbour, large residential projects like Aberfeldy Village, London, schemes for housing associations such as May Road, Waltham Forest, through to one-off single dwellings such as Moses Dell, Radlett.
He has become a key member of the delivery team working on production packages in both traditional and design and build procurement, as well as being involved in construction packages post novation for contractor clients.
Luke sits on the Hackney Society Planning Group and the Clapton Conservation Area Appraisal Committee. He has been a visiting critic at the University of Bath and Oxford Brooks University.
