Sergio Gimenez is a qualified Registered Architect (M. RIAI) at Metropolitan Workshop with experience in residential, commercial and conservation projects in Ireland. He graduated from University of Alicante with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture in 2020. Afterward, he further developed his skills by graduating from Technological University of Dublin in 2025 with a Postgraduate Certificate in Building Performance (Energy Efficiency in Design).

Before joining Metropolitan Workshop, Sergio worked at 3D Design Bureau as Revit Modeller and at Cathal O’Neill Architects in Dublin, managing several residential, commercial and conservation planning applications. Moreover, Sergio acted as Project Architect for several residential renovations and commercial projects, preparing detailed construction packages and ensuring high-quality outcomes through completion.

In 2025, Sergio joined Metwork as an Architect, contributing to the Clonburris large residential scheme during the construction stage. Passionate about parametric and sustainable architecture, he is committed to deliver highly efficient buildings that meet user and environmental targets.
