As the number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continues to rise within both the UK and Ireland as well as internationally, the safety of our employees, stakeholders and Client community is our primary concern. We write to reassure you with the proactive steps we are taking to mitigate and manage these risks and outline our plans to ensure business continuity through this period of disruption.
We are providing our employees with regular updates on guidance and acting upon the information supplied by WHO and Government to ensure workplace safety for us and our Clients.
We will continue to be fully operational as we have implemented IT and technology system updates that have enabled our transition into home working arrangements, allowing us to continue to deliver our services on projects. Project support, delivery of information and meetings will continue, supported by video conferencing software.
For UK projects, if we are required to attend site, we will do so in accordance with the guidelines of both Government and our Clients. Irish sites are now closed and we will assist clients to help mitigate that effect, where possible.
Please be assured that we are assessing this situation continuously, in order to provide the services required and protect the health and wellbeing of our staff.
The decisions we are making rely heavily on the guidance we are receiving from the WHO, UK and Irish Government and Public Health England and HSE Ireland. We recognise the uncertainty this global health issue is creating and are committed to keep you informed and up to date as this situation evolves.
