Debbie joined Metropolitan Workshop as Personal Assistant to the Partner and Co-Founder Neil Deely. Her daily goal is to assist Neil with his busy schedule and to create a healthy work-life balance for him all while making sure that our clients and projects remain a top priority.

Debbie has always been interested in architecture and was able to gain professional experience during her previous role in the Built Environment team at Design Council CABE where she was in charge of organising national and international design reviews.

Outside of the office Debbie has fulfilled her dream of setting up her own property development business, Novak Homes. She has just finished her first project – a one-bed flat in Balham, South London.  She also has a BA in English & American Studies from the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany.
