Roisin studied Architecture at the University of Limerick and completed her Professional Diploma at TU Dublin.

She has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, civic, and mixed-use developments.Her notable work includes award-winning projects such as Gardens International and Dominic Street Social Housing during her time with Cotter and Naessens architects. She later spent several years at Henry J Lyons, contributing to significant schemes including the Central Bank expansion in Dublin, Monaghan Civic Offices, and a number of large-scale residential developments across Dublin.

Roisin is currently project lead for the Rathcoole Housing Development, a new social and affordable housing scheme for South Dublin County Council..
