Tien joined Metwork in 2025 as a Part II Architectural Assistant, following the completion of her Master of Architecture at University College Dublin. She assists with the preparation of planning drawing packages and contributes to the coordination of design documentation across multiple project stages. 

Before joining Metwork, Tien worked as a Graduate Architect at MCORM Architects, where she was involved in a range of residential projects, from mid- to high-density developments. Her experience spans pre-planning to post-planning, tender, and construction stages, including large masterplan schemes for private and social housing, apartment complexes, and communal amenity spaces. 

Tien’s interests lie in interior architecture, furniture making, and sustainable timber construction. She has hands-on experience in this field, having led a timber construction build with CAUKIN Studio in Borneo, Indonesia.
