Kruti has been part of the leading team working on Countryside Properties’ Fresh Wharf scheme in Barking, and in particular on a Reserved Matters Application for the first phase of 532 homes, over 200 of which are intended for private renting through Folio London – Notting Hill Genesis’ PRS brand.
Kruti is currently Project Architect on the Oakfield Village scheme for Nationwide Building Society working with development partner Igloo for an innovative new housing and regeneration project in Swindon. Prior to joining Metropolitan Workshop, she worked on a number of high profile housing schemes for London Borough of Croydon’s development company, Brick by Brick, as part of the borough’s Smaller Sites Programme, which aims to deliver high quality, new, residential-led development on a range of sites across the borough.
