Robert joined Metropolitan Workshop in 2014 after completing his Part I at Sheffield Hallam University with a particular focus on environmental design. Robert has worked predominately on residential projects since joining Metropolitan Workshop, having previously worked in Riga on a number of private residential schemes.
On joining the practise Robert completed a planning application for Barchester Street, an 115 affordable home scheme in the Limehouse Cut Conservation Area for Canary Wharf Group. Robert is currently involved in the day-to-day running of the project with completion due for the end of 2020, along with overseeing the delivery of an affordable housing scheme for Poplar Harca currently on site.
Other projects recently undertaken include large-scale mixed-use developments for Countryside Properties (UK) and Complex Development in Maidenhead and Coventry respectively. With previous work including a competition winning proposal for a hotel and residential scheme on the Isle of Man and a suburban housing scheme in Swindon.
